   2.1 Design Services
   - Studio Saith provides branding and design services as outlined in project proposals
   - All projects require a signed agreement and a 50% commencement fee
   - Final files will be provided upon receipt of full payment
   
   2.2 Copyright and Ownership
   - Until final payment is received, all designs and concepts remain the property of Studio Saith
   - Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables
   - Studio Saith retains the right to use completed work in portfolios and marketing materials
   
   2.3 Revisions and Amendments
   - Each project phase includes two rounds of revisions
   - Additional revisions will be charged at our standard day rate Major changes to approved work may incur additional costs
   
   
   
3. Payment Terms
   - A 25% commencement fee is required to secure a booking
   - Remaining payment as per the agreed payment schedule
   - Late payments may result in work being paused
   - All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT if applicable
   
   
   
4. Project Timeline
   - Project timelines begin upon receipt of the commencement fee and signed agreement
   - Delays in feedback may affect project completion dates
   - Studio Saith is not liable for delays caused by client feedback or content provision
   
   
   
5. Cancellation
   - Cancellation must be made in writing
   - Commencement fee is non-refundable
   - Payment for completed work remains due
